Watts and lumens are not useful in the evaluation of grow lights. Watts are a measurement of how much electricity your light is using. Lumens show how much light a light source emits, but not how much of that light reaches a plant, nor how much of that light is useful for plants. A good way to test a light is to measure it with a PAR Meter. As PAR meters cost 500$+, I’ve done the job of measuring for you.
